At the heart of my work is a fascination with vibration—sound, color, energy, creativity, movement, place, and the subtle forces that shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us.
I believe we are more than the stories we have been given about who we are. Beneath the noise, expectations, conditioning, and patterns we carry, there is an inner knowing that can help guide us toward greater alignment.
My work is about creating space to reconnect with it.
I came to spiritual work through a lifelong curiosity about the mysterious: the things we can feel, sense, and experience even when we can't always explain them.
That curiosity eventually became a professional practice.
Since 2015, I have worked as an energy worker, metaphysical practitioner, spiritual advisor, and intuitive reader. Along the way, I've brought this work into many different environments—from private sessions and sound experiences to luxury wellness spas, hotels, corporate groups, community organizations, charter schools, and the New York City public school system.
I've facilitated Reiki and energy work, sound baths, spiritual and metaphysical classes, art experiences, and wellness programming. I've also worked professionally as an artist and educator, teaching art, Earth Science, and wellness to students throughout NYC.
These experiences may seem like different paths, but I've never experienced them that way.
As a trained artist & musician, I understand the cathartic and restorative power of creating and exploring sound.
I am especially drawn to the way frequency, vibration, color, and sensory experience can shift the way we feel and connect us back to our bodies.
My hands-on energy work comes from a similar place: working with subtle energy to support a greater sense of balance and awareness.
And my interest in ancestral wisdom and lineage to Caribbean traditions continues to deepen my understanding of the ways culture, land, ritual, and collective memory can shape our experience of healing and belonging.
I believe there are times when the place that contributed to our imbalance isn't the same place where we can find our way back to balance.
That's part of why I am drawn to retreats and immersive experiences.
There is something powerful about stepping outside of the environments, routines, and identities we know—entering a different landscape, hearing different sounds, experiencing different rhythms, connecting with different people, and giving ourselves enough space to remember what we already know.
Whether I'm creating a sound experience, guiding someone through their Soul Map, facilitating energy work, teaching a spiritual concept, or gathering people in a new place, the intention is ultimately the same:
to create experiences that help you reconnect with yourself.
My work is an invitation to explore beneath the surface.
Through Soul Exploration, we look at the energetic patterns and personal themes that shape your experience of yourself and your life.
Through Energy Work, we work with the body, energy, sound, and sensory experience.
Through Educational Growth, we make spiritual and metaphysical ideas practical enough to actually use in everyday life.
And through immersive experiences and retreats, we create the space to step outside the familiar and experience something different.
You don't have to believe everything I believe.
You don't have to have all the answers.
You simply have to be curious enough to explore.
My role is not to tell you who you are. It's to help you uncover more of who you already are—and learn to trust what you find.
